3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to host, transmit, or link to any content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- Contains malware, phishing, spam, or fraudulent material;
- Involves unauthorized bulk email or network abuse;
- Consumes excessive shared resources to the detriment of other users.
5. Payment and Renewal
Services are billed in advance on the cycle selected at checkout. Fees are due on or before the due date shown on your invoice. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment. Renewal pricing may differ from promotional pricing.
6. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, where applicable, is limited to the period and conditions stated at the time of purchase. Domain registrations, setup fees, and certain add-ons are non-refundable.
7. Backups and Data
While we perform routine backups, you remain solely responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of all data. We are not liable for any loss of data.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party failures, or events beyond our control may cause interruptions.
9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or are used unlawfully, with or without prior notice where circumstances require.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webhostware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
